CSV format & required columns

Download the CSV template from Products → Import → CSV

Required columns: name, image_url, price, product_url

Optional: sku, description, category

Save as UTF-8 CSV and upload

Import from a product URL
Paste any product URL from Shopify, WooCommerce, or any HTML page. Idukki scrapes the Open Graph or meta tags to fill in product details automatically.

Common import errors

Missing columns — make sure all required headers are present
- 2
Invalid URL — product_url and image_url must be full https:// paths

Encoding issues — save CSV as UTF-8, not Windows-1252
