Why tag products?
Product tagging turns your UGC gallery into a shoppable experience. Visitors can see which products appear in each post and click through to buy — driving measurable revenue from your social content.
Manual tagging

Open a Collection and click on any post

Click Tag Products in the post panel

Search for a product by name or SKU
- 4
Click the product to link it to this post
- 5
Save — the product now appears when the post is hovered or tapped
AI auto-tagging
Enable AI Auto-Tagging under Products → Product Settings. Idukki uses vision AI to match products to posts automatically based on visual similarity.
Hotspot pins

Go to Gallery → Gallery Settings → enable Show Hotspot Products

Go to Products → Products Settings → Hotspot Pin Style to pick bag, plus, dot, number or price pins

Choose Hotspot Pin Color to match your brand
- 4
Hotspot pins will appear on posts that have tagged products
